As an international purchase, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, excise taxes, and customs processing fees imposed by your country’s authorities.

Duties & Taxes Included

For selected international destinations, all duties and taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout.

This means no hidden costs and no unexpected charges on delivery. ILG will pay applicable import duties and taxes on your behalf, so your order arrives with complete pricing transparency.

Where this service is available, the checkout total is the final amount you pay.

Refunds & Import Charges

Please note that customs duties, VAT/GST, excise taxes, and import processing fees are government-imposed charges.

As a general international standard:

  • These amounts are non-refundable if goods are returned.
  • This applies even if the item is refunded by us.
  • This includes returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, preference, or refused delivery.
  • Import processing and clearance fees charged by customs or couriers are typically never refundable.

If Duties Are Prepaid (Where Applicable)

In specific markets where duties and taxes may be prepaid at checkout:

These funds are remitted directly to customs authorities.

In the event of a return, import taxes will only be refunded if the relevant customs authority approves and reimburses the amount.

Any non-refundable government charges will be deducted from the total refund.

Business Customers

If you are a registered business entity and claim import VAT/GST as a tax credit in your local tax return, you are not entitled to also request a customs refund for the same amount.
